Registration

The rates of registration fees for VINCI 2024 are as follows:

• Each accepted paper has to be registered by at least one author at the regular rate before the camera-ready paper deadline (August 18, 2024).

• Both regular and student registrations include admission to all sessions of the conference, tea breaks, lunches, and one banquet. Registrants of all categories will get conference proceedings and a brochure of the conference.

• The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

• If someone registers as a student, s/he must provide a reasonable certificate from his/her institution. It is advised to upload a scanned copy of this certificate via the following payment system.

Option 1: Payment by Credit Card

• Step 1: To pay the registration fee by credit card, click here. The instruction is as follows:

1. According to the rate table above, choose a category and enter the payment amount in the "Amount" field.

2. Choose "Pay in full".

3. Enter your full name and paper ID in the "Remarks field".

4.Click the agreement of personal information usage, and click the "Next".

5.Enter your credit card information, and complete the payment verification.

• Step 2: To register, fill in the Registration Form for Payment by Credit Card .

• Step 2: To register, fill in the Registration Form for Payment by Bank Transfer.
